Zero Model Training Guarantee

We never use your chat inputs, uploaded documents (PDFs, DOCX, images), or brand context to train, fine-tune, or improve public AI models (including Anthropic or Google foundation models). All LLM API processing is conducted through enterprise zero-retention commercial contracts.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to provide you with our marketing advisory and document generation services:

  • Account Information: When you sign in via Google OAuth or email verification code, we receive your email address, name, and profile picture (if provided).
  • Brand & Strategic Context: Information you choose to save in your Brand Knowledge Base (such as company name, website, ICP personas, competitors, and tone of voice) to calibrate your marketing outputs.
  • Chat & Document Artifacts: The prompts, questions, and uploaded files (DOCX, PDF, images) you provide during sparring sessions, along with the resulting marketing deliverables generated on your document canvas.
  • Usage & Telemetry Data: Diagnostic metadata such as session timestamps, mode selections, latency, and token consumption to ensure service reliability and performance monitoring.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

  • Provide, maintain, and personalize your ChatCMO workspace and marketing canvas.
  • Generate tailored marketing plans, GTM strategies, and campaign briefs specific to your business model.
  • Enable multi-session project history and continuous memory across your sessions.
  • Send administrative notifications, such as one-time authentication codes or service updates.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

To operate our platform securely, we integrate with trusted enterprise providers:

  • AI Model Providers (Anthropic): Powers strategic analysis and document generation under commercial enterprise API terms with zero-training policies.
  • Authentication & Email Delivery (Google OAuth & Resend): Delivers secure single-sign-on and 6-digit magic codes.
  • Hosting & Infrastructure (Vercel): Provides edge routing, secure SSL/TLS encryption, and fast worldwide delivery.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Your session documents, custom edits, and brand profiles are stored securely in your browser and authenticated database. You have the right to permanently delete any document, project, or brand profile at any time. When you empty the trash or delete a brand profile, all associated data is permanently purged.

6. Your Privacy Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
